When Salon Evidence owner Tyler Whittier opened his salon, he chose an area close to downtown where his creative vision for innovative design would develop a prestigious salon. As Waco is discovering, Salon Evidence and Tyler’s vibrant personality has set a new standard in style, service and sensibility. This well-rounded 23-year-old’s good looks, charisma, unique fashion sense and fresh approach prove irresistible.

Born in Seattle and raised in Arizona Tyler has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Looking for other creative outlets Tyler discovered he had a talent for hair and refined his skills while attending Toni and Guy Academy in Scottsdale, AZ.

Tyler quickly made a name for himself and became assistant to notable international salon owner, Robert Quinn. Working closely with Robert, he appeared weekly on the morning makeover show for Scottsdale’s News Channel 3, Your Life A to Z. He went on to do hair backstage at local events including Scottsdale’s Fashion Week and Miss Teen Arizona pageants.

In addition to being an ambitious artist, as a businessman Tyler’s formula for success is simple; stunning hair and happy clients. So exactly how did he end up in Waco? Although opportunity for business and family brought him here, this fast-paced and fabulous hair stylist says, “in Scottsdale people are constantly maintaining their look. This has helped me to create a more approachable image for each and every one of my clients. My goal is to bring Waco forward.”
